so if i understand well must vote one of the delegates and then join a pool and start make profit is this right?...
if it works as for Ark, and I think I have understood so, voting for a delegate that forging you will be rewarded with a token Kapu. the delegate must stay in the top 51 to the forge. I repeat that I will understand better the operation when it begins

Nodes will always run beyond the 51 delegates there are another 11 SEED nodes that guarantee the operation of the KAPU network.
I'll have to choose a delegate and vote ? as in the case of Ark, the delegates will make various offers to the voters ?
the option to run a profit share pool is up to the delegate as is not something that is built in to KAPU or Ark.
