There will be great scalability, no doubt, we speak about billions of users. In terms of architecture we will design it with using top methods and technologies. We will store and backup data on several data centers in different locations all over the world. Sure will take care about all servers. Also load balancer will be used for distributing network traffic - APIs and web user interfaces.
