Why are you guys so inlove with this coin? Its a clone coin trying to ride the coat tails of a short lived fad.

If the developer is gone, then I'm moving onto a different coin. Thats not a good sign. Coin was just launched.
Hi all, I am not gone. Ekrona is ready to use, there is no need to make any significant changes to the code. KGW is implemented and the source code is based on newest LTC version, so it's up to date. Ekrona is not not dead and it's not going to be dead - it will be alive no matter of the mining hashrate, diff is being recalculated to maintain the coin alive.
It's true that I don't have time to actively promote it, but it's people's coin.
Those who like and support it - good, thank you, you will be rewarded in couple of years.
Those who don't like it - move along, there are over 100 other scrypt coin to mine.
Good to hear! This is a great coin and great concept! Keep up the good work, Iceland isn't the only progressive Scandinavian country!

Relax, people assume the coin is dead without reason. I think some have left because they thought this was going to rise like Auroracoin. Other got greedy and sold their coins at the "peak" yesterday. There are more developers available, blockexplorer coming next week. Release on cryptorush/cryptsy will bring everyone back and there will be a panic to get a hold on some coins. Its dirty cheap now and still a lot of miners, decide for yourself. 
I'm just going to play it safe and see if a dump happens then I will buy back in within a few days
