I am also holding because I believe in the long term KR could reach 100k sats and even higher. I'm also looking forward to the news once covertress gets back from Toronto.

I know that being on page 1 of LinkedIn may seem trivial but, it really helps to spread the word about Krypton. Please give this a retweet and view my LinkedIn profile.  Wink Thanks!

I have been adrift for a bit...I misclicked and sold 1130 KR at a low price...but luckily I made some on a pump and dump and bought back 1650 KR at it's price now (which is great)...so, all my miners are back on KR (suprnova)....I got half my second rig built...two more r9 370 Sapphire Nitro's 4gb...great cards for the price and hashpower...anyway...I will be down mining for a day, maybe two...(not that KR will miss my 200 mh/s,), but I am moving to a new apartment in Changzhou, China...near the city center..so am getting faster internet...sometimes my cards are actually mining faster that the internet connection can process...that's because the el cheapos here in China split the internet in this apartment complex between 50 tennants..so I'm getting like 1 mb/s of bandwidth ;(...anyway, in a few days I'll have high speed dedicated internet, so my rigs will be fully utilized}. I used to Live in Toronto..in 1995..great city....wish I was there for the conference...anyway, will be promoting KR more aggressively once the move is done this week....sorry for the long story, but want to see KR take off...got some family in Canada building some rigs to begin mining..and I recommended KR...things move quickly when each miner takes action, not just the dev team...talk soon...great project, innovative coin...great price to buy into right now for those who don't mine...I bought in some, and mine too.

All done re-tweeting both tweets and hopefully soon Poloinex will listen to the KR community and add KR to their exchange.

So I mined some blocks with a Ubuntu setup and I am having problems accessing the wallet.
I am doing the following and cannot seem to get it to work and was hoping someone could shed some light on it:

./gkr attach

It shows the Coinbase etc as I would expect.  Then I do the usual things like the following and get errors:

gkr.coinbase gives me gkr is not defined

or

gkr.getBalance('OxMyWalletAddy') which also yields gkr is not defined

Any help would be appreciated

modules: admin:1.0 db:1.0 debug:1.0 kr:1.0 miner:1.0 net:1.0 personal:1.0 shh:1.0 txpool:1.0 web3:1.0
It's kr not gkr, so:
Code:
kr;
kr.coinbase;
kr.accounts;
web3.fromWei(kr.getBalance(kr.coinbase), "krypton");

It seems to me, kilo17, that you have downloaded gkr and the KR QT GUI wallet but have not created an account yet.

The first time (and only the first time) you run gkr, you need to launch it with this command so that it creates your account address.

Code:
gkr account new

The password that you will be asked for will be your password to lock/unlock your wallet. Write this password down and keep it in a safe place.

From here on, whenever you want to run the Krypton wallet, you must run gkr.exe first, then run the KR QT wallet.

Thanks, I thought about trying kr but never tried it.  It works great.  Actually I have a wallet but I did not install the GUI because the wallet is attached to my private pool that uses sammy007 pool software that he made for Ethereum.

Works like a charm

thanks again...
