I expected nice price move after bittrex. Why price is too low ?

Total trading volume is now split between two exchanges. I expect trading volume to be light on both exchanges while BTC is soaring and other large coin projects are launched this week. Of course, I hope that I'm wrong.  

The timing of KR's add to Bittrex took many by surprise because I didn't want to create any false hype that would hurt Krypton in the long term.

It will likely take a few more days for everyone to know that Krypton is now on Bittrex.

Most coins including this will see a red hit due to the fact of BTC going up currently and rest of alt world is red all over. YEN and other fiat currency on the blink and many are dumping funds into BTC hence why price over $500 now and creeping to $600. Will be nice to see these prices again, but question is how long will it last. And will it continue to go up when block halving is coming July ish.

Did you see the volume on Yobit? over 3 btc today.

The price will go up once all the hype dies down from LISK and the Bitcoin block halving which will be soon.

Congratulations, Krypton! Soon we will get the attention we deserve (for Krypton) once the Lisk hype is all over. People who bought ICO Lisk will start to dump, but soon they will realize that KR is much cheaper and have limited supply for a pump in price. Now that we are on Bittrex, but I think that it shouldn't take long before we are added to Polo as well.

Worked on a proposal for Higher Education in the UK. "The scope would be a ledger that could manage all UK universities."
Potential to finance the project was good. Analysis of the finances of universities in England by HEFCE shows that capital expenditure is projected to be 3,439M Pounds in 2013-2014, 29.5% higher than the level reported for 2012-2013. The problem with this project lies here: There were 2.3M students in 162 universities in the UK for the year 2012-2013. The issue is one of scalability.
Scalability issue proposed fix: Raiden Network is a proposed extension to Ethereum which scales-out asset transfer capacity. It's inspired by the Lightning Network which leverages off-chain asset transfers to carry out the vast majority of transactions. Unfortunately, it does not exist yet. This is work in progress. Bottom line, it's impossible to match the throughput capacity of just a single credit card company (VISA's max 56,000 tps) on any blockchain, be it Bitcoin or Ethereum or Krypton, without incurring enormous costs in terms of CPU and bandwidth. (source: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11182330)
The scope of this project: placing millions of student grades onto a blockchain (Krypton's or another) is currently beyond blockchain technology. Grades would be entered in great volumes, at the same time. This would require massive transaction speed and massive computing power.
This project is not feasible until blockchain technology advances.

Work was begun, by me, on Krypton's Network Stats. If you belong to Krypton's slack (join here: http://slack.krypton.com), you may have seen the many messages of my struggle to get this project working. Fortunately, I'm not one of Krypton's devs yet! I'm just Krypton's founder and project manager. This network stats system was originally intended for use by Ethereum. To modify it for use by Krypton is proving harder to do than I expected. To give me some credit, I've never used Ubuntu or node.js or this eth-net-intelligence-api software before. My background in programming is with corporate database systems (Oracle, Informix.)

Have no fear. This project will be completed. I have called in backup. Some of Krypton's other devs have been summoned and together, I'm sure, we will have this feature up and running.

Now, I know you are all very excited to hear about WHEN we are going to these larger exchanges. I'm not going to make the mistake of others and tell you that we are going to Bittrex or Poloniex before it actually happens. I'm sorry. I'm not going to post any of my personal conversations with the heads of these exchanges or tell you anything other than this: I have completed the ID verify process with both Bittrex and Poloniex. This verification, including taking a photo of myself with my real-life ID, is required by these exchanges in order to list a coin. I have done this. Krypton is ready to be added. I will tell you more when I can. Be happy.


On a personal note, I have now fully recovered from the terrible flu that I caught while I was at Consensus 2016 in New York. Yay!

For the next 3 days, I will be working my real-life job. On Tuesday, I will be back working hardcore for you, Krypton.

I picked up some cheap KR today thanks to the dumpers.My cost average per KR is getting lower thanks to the people who want to dump below 5,000 satoshi.
