It is running by Kenny and Tony and they refuse to take any responsibilities for the customers.

Hello, what is situation with this hosting currentlly? Does anybody have problems with the service? Does Tony react on time?
That's a question. Tony does not react to my emails about miners being offline for significant time ( day and more ).
Sent two emails over last two months and trying to acquire some info about capacity and possible expansion plans but no reaction at all.
At these circumstances I would suggest you to look somewhere else until they sort things out.

For everyone's benefit, could you kindly explain the end-to-end process here please. I imagine something like:
1. We deposit a small amount to indicate our interest
2. We order miners from bitmain or other providers and ship to your address
3. We might have to pay you so that you could help pay the border or import tax? will you pay first or we have to pay you first?
4. Once it's up and running, we will be pay you monthly charge on periodical basis? Would we be able to constantly monitor our miners?

Service Update: We are unfortunately at capacity at the moment. All rigs already on the way to us are not impacted. Customers with deposits but haven't sent rigs to us should have been contacted for refunds. Please contact me if you have any question.

My miners are still at the custom for some reason since 10/30/2017.
My 2 miners are still at the custom. Ugh
Also, another 1 miner and PSU are delivered but Tony told me it takes one week to get online. Let's see what happen next.
