Unless I update this post that we don't have space any more, you can assume we are still accepting rigs.

Panda and Ebits are fine.

If you decide to go with us, I will request you to deposit 0.01btc for reservation before providing you shipping information. Miner configuration will be requested from you before initial setup.

Yes we do.
Current turn around is about a week after delivery.
Import duty is 6% of declared value as per post.
