This release is aimed at improving overall network stability.

If earlier you've experienced your KZCash node going out of sync from time to time, we expect that applying this update would prevent this from happening.

Who is expected to update?
End users, miners, pool operators, exchanges, and masternode owners are recommended to apply this update.
This is not a hardfork, so you can do this at any moment.

Great job, I just updated to 1.7.3.  thank you.
My MN was always stuck after few hours, hope this issues will be fixed.

If this issues have been fixed, I suggest your dev could pause to lanuch 70 mns and let mn profit still be attractive. Cheesy

Investors are patient because they mostly have no choice. What else should they do except for waiting when things go slow? Wink

Our team works fast and will do so.
When Ethereum is preparing POW to POS transfer for months and postponing that is slow.
We are fixing issues step by steb and fast enough, for a 1 month chain to say slow is not correct at all.
Like hell they are patient. I would dump this shit but there are no buyers on any exchange. They are trying to make the price look high but the real bid is at 5000 sat, maybe this is where I will dump in a day or two. My KZC MN never works for more than half a day, after that "NEW_START_REQUIRED" and I am done restarting it.
Never mind, all the things gonna be fixed by the team, as you can see here - we receive good feedback and news from support stuff, so I think everything going by the plan.
Yes, the are some problems with blockchain, and nevertheless keep calm =)

Why is there no chat to task to the devs? Please create a channel in Telegram, Discord or Slack. It is vital for timely communication!

Yesterday I updated both Windows wallet and Linux daemon to v0.1.7.2-unk ("version": 10702,  "protocolversion": 70207). I am also running a sentinel, including the cron, and the sentinel tests pass.
Today I had a lot of issues:

1) Windows wallet showed as updated on the right block but in disagreement with the block explorer for the MN payments. It was not showing 3 MN payments from the last 24 hours. I discovered that it showed my node as enabled and the correct current block number but was not actually updated on TXs and my MN showed NEW_START_REQUIRED again!!! This is very dangerous and I suspected that something was wrong only after noticing no MN payments for 24 hours!

2) Windows wallet after a restart does not sync. I restarted it several times but it did not fix it. I had to completely wipe all but the wallet and config to make it eventually sync.

3) There is no consensus among MNs regarding who will be paid, the network is a mess:

This coin MN gives me problems all the time, I need to restart is so often, typically more than once a day, while MNs from several other different coins are typically running for weeks without my interference required. I think the devs' competency is questionable.

Need more MNs running.
We haven't put ours in order to provide independent MN owners to get more income.
We will set up 70 MNs within 5 days.
Why not to deploy more nodes in different regions, instead of masternodes?

https://chain.kzcash.kz/network

have a look. How many nodes and countries.
Simultaneously, not too much, even very little.

We care of the Community. Just a little bit more time.
Thanks for good response, it's good news!
70 MN in 5 days is great for network and for me also  Grin that is exact time for me to earn for my next MN)
I hope that you will be in touch with us more ofter here with good news and responses!
Tnx!

Starting from tomorrow we will be launching 100 MN's from Management reserve.
Our analysis shows that reaching 300 MNs in the network (means we will set up at least 100, up to 200) will stabillize MN ecosystem and decrease % of MN occasional disabling to less than 1%.

We did not want to set up our MNs in order to let the Community grow it and earn more. At the moment we see it as a right and necessary step.
We work for the community!
