I've been seeing Latium all over the place. This thing is picking up speed like crazy, and definitely going to be selling out fast

Agree, I would work within the platform as well!
However, I think that there won't be a lot of tasks at the beginning
But its unknown yet - will depend on the token sale results (in my opinion)
There will be just enough tasks lying around.
Agree but until it becomes popular I doubt that there will be many employers.
If the platform is executed well, then the customers will be typed very quickly.
It also depends on further marketing and advertising.
I think the platform's functionality is of primary importance.
Advertising does not work if the platform is not convenient - it will not be able to gain enough customers.

With the kind of mainstream exposure Latium has been getting lately, I think there wouldn't be a token to burn because it's going to sell out
If there should be high demand.

Am a little confused here, first a presale, then a whitelist sale and lastly a general sale. What marketing impact will this sale segments have on latium. I suppose they want some economic analysis of how the general public react to the project. Or are they specifically targeting / luring certain whales in the crypto sphere?
Presale is for private investors and those with briefcases full of ETH.
Whitelist is for those who don't like the mad rush for tokens and have a pouchful of ETH.
Public is for us mere mortals.
It may look preferential at first, however, each tier is capped so that no one group gets an unfair distribution of tokens. Not even the whales

So they are indeed targeting whales; big fishes; and small fries... But what impact has that on Latium, couldn't it have been easier for them to just open up the sales to the general public?

If they did, then whales can buy any amount and manipulate the market after the token sales. This way the team can evenly distribute token ownership through hard cap limit on sales for each group

Exactly, the worth of LATX is suppose to depend on devaluation. The fewer there are the more worth they have. So if they don't sell all during the general sale, they'll burn them as stated in the WP.
That’s great if the token will be in demand - price will go up!
Probably it’s good for investors, but the company doesn’t plan to create a deficit of tokens as far as I understand
Right. So that’s why if not less than anticipated tokens will be sold, they might extend the sale period
I think that the team should upload more specific information regarding Whitelist stage.
I'm sure they will update us on this with time.
Also there were information in TG chatroom that there would be Alpha really soon, before token sale ended.
Looking forward to Alpha, will be onle of the first people who test it

Burning remaining coins is the safest thing to do, it avoid misuse and flood.

Moreover LATX has a wide sphere of influence when we talk use case. So to keep the project in-focus, demand for LATX has to be synthesized.
