It's for the children!
I would guess that your system locked up or at least stopped submitting work sooner than you think, probably between hour 1 and hour 2 of the lease and that's when it got cancelled. Check if you have "rig down" e-mails. I found it helpful to forward those to SMS, to wake me up if it happens at an unfortunate time of day. And yes, it doesn't remove customers pools, I though that had been fixed but apparently not?

Good thoughts; I have submitted a ticket and hopefully Leaserig can explain things. I updated my post above because the time graph shows the opposite of what you suggest - it shows as if the lease started ~4 hours after I actually picked it up! That would help explain the payment amount, but creates another mystery - why does it not show the first 4 hours of leasing?

Nope, no rig down emails either. Weird.

XMK3 detailed all of it in the ticket.  The lease was canceled and refunded after the first hour.

I have an SMS monitoring service.  It still uses an email to sms gateway.  It polls rigs on a pre-configured interval and sends a message if the miner is SICK/DEAD/Not responding.  An extension of the script reboots Linux miners and I'm sure rebooting windows via WMI would work as well.   There was never any demand for the service so I just use it internally.  I'm sure it could be added to LeaseRig if there was some demand for it.

Pick and place? I need more coffee.
To anyone, thanks in advance.  Is there a way NOT to take Dogecoin but to accept Litecoin.  Really do not want to be paid in Dogecoin.

I just enabled local payments and now I HAVE to accept Dogecoin.

OK, I have a few issues that I don't see covered in the Support section; can anyone explain these?

I picked up a 22 hr. lease last night offered at .0045 BTC/MH last night night with my 3.7 Mh rig. This was the first time after I had enabled local payouts. Woke up 6 hours later this morning to find my system had locked up for the first time this month (thunderstorm may have caused it) and had been down 50 minutes. So I rebooted and it auto-restarted, connected and started mining again.

Logged into Leaserig and saw the stats updating on the Pools page, which listed the pools the leasee had added. So far all good. But the Stats page still showed the miner as OFF with 0 hash. Kept switching between the two for several minutes - My system was mining normally, and the Pools page was updating accordingly, but the Stats page insisted it was Off with 0 hash.

Then I went back to the Config page and noticed it listed "Enable Miner" as if it was disabled. So I Enabled it.  Nothing changed on the Pools page (which was accurate for the lease anyway), but the Stats page was now updating and indicating I was no longer on a lease, despite mining the lease pools rather than my own. I looked up the Home page, and it was listing my rig as available for hire as if it was not on a lease.

So apparently the crash caused cancelation of the lease, but did not reset the mining pools so was still mining for the leasee. I eventually manually updated the pools to my own. Then I checked my BTC account.

There was only one transaction related to the lease, for 0.00067294 BTC. The Support page says there should be hourly payments, so I'm not sure why I only received 1 payment over 5 hours. The system told me I would be paid 0.01480463 BTC for the 22 hour lease, so by my math  (5/22 * 0.01480463) I should have received around .0033 BTC. Where is the rest of my payment? I should have more than just the one even if the lease is canceled.

UPDATE: The Stats graph is also wrong. At the moment it shows a yellow range (indicating a lease) from about 3.8 hours ago to 1.8 hours ago. But I know I picked the lease up about 8 hours ago, I was sleeping when the graph shows the lease starting. An overlaid red range indicating downtime is from about 2.2 to 1.4 hours ago, which appears to be accurate.

UPDATE 2: I just remembered that a few days ago my rig was suddenly listed as Disabled in the middle of the night while I was off lease, for no apparent reason and despite the miner continuing to mine normally. Not sure what to make of that but figured I would mention it.

Hi,

I'm right now leasing a rig, suddenly my parameters switched to "stratum+tcp://us.clevermining.com:3333", which I didn't add as my pool. I can't removed the pool nor switch to my original pool. Need ur help.

[edit: I have contacted the provider, just waiting for response]

Depends what is involved in the testing but I have a rig that I doubt will be rented today (x11) Have raised the price as want to get in on a new coin tonight.

PM me if you require use for testing.

We need an X11 LRP rig to debug the issue.

X11 shares reported by sgminer are fractional (pool difficulties like 0.016 are common) so it looks like LRP is rounding them off.

I have a rig that's rented out (suchrig005), does that help or do you need an available one?

Well, I either need time to convert one of mine or we need to rent an X11 rig.   I'll look at it in the morning.

Fractional difficulties?  Screenshots?

EDIT: Yeah, if it's using fractional diffs it'll require a rebuild of LRP.  Who want's to beta test it?

I see you figured it out already but here it is just in case:

I can test it with my rented rig if nobody has a spare. Will compensate the customer if anything goes wrong.

I may have to try this site out, I've been using beta rigs for a few months and been very happy with it.

I have 5 ants running through LRP for a 1 TH rig.. seems like any pool that has or starts with a low difficulty cannot maintain a connection to the pool (and a lot of times LeaseRig).  Whenever the pool starts at 64 or higher - havent had any problems.  And it seems the low difficulty also causes issues with the proxy maintaining the admin connection to LR so the end user gets a message that the rig is not responding.  Is there something i can do on my end in the LRP config to mitigate this problem.  I have had a number of leases cancel pretty quickly because of the perceived problem with my equipment.

So it's normal not to see any shares on LeaseRig.net like you normally would when mining scrypt coins.
tnx.

Anyone who is mining X11 coins and using LRP, do you see any shares (Accepted, Rejected, Staled) in Pools under your provider's account?

Nope

Anybody any idea why I can't add stratum+tcp://190.143.38.247:3343 into my pools on my rig?

I like the news page. Even though I've always seemed to have been "lucky" I guess for noticing every announcement given by the forum, bold banners, emails,...  I noticed the news page immediately after logging in this morning and I think that's the best method yet. I just like the idea that one doesn't have to rely on a separate website for news about the one site they care about.
