Provider admin page is a bit slow, otherwise seems to be working for me.

let's make a deal.
site is down for me, but the rigs are still mining, and the stratum proxy seems to be working still.

Pick and place? I need more coffee.
Anyone else having trouble with LRP connecting to eligius?  I have it set to port 12234 but have recently been getting messages indicating it can't connect.

Is LRP due for an update?

Anyone?  Also port 12234 on this pool no longer works.  Port 3334, constant disconnect/reconnect.

Edit: LRP working now.

Any idea what the issue was?

Still not working.  Maybe a problem with Eligius.  My ants are disabled for now.

Does your username have special symbols?

It has an underscore. But I can try a username without one.

Maybe, can't log in.

I have another question: At 3:40 AM this morning an email went out saying my mining rig was disabled, so it could not be hired. But it was running fine and kept running fine (mining Piggycoin) all day. So I didn't catch it until this evening when I had a chance to catch up on email. Why is this happening? What is disabling our rigs?

It's for the children!
Ok, so this rig is disabled:

But someone managed to rent it for free?

Good luck with that, it's not hashing, thus DISABLED  Roll Eyes

Support creates phantom leases when first enabling a rig for rentals.  It's a part of the long term lease code we can create leases in hours/days/months/years and then immediately cancel them so the rig has a single lease history.  Since no pools are entered phantom leases don't change the pools or the miner at all.

nevermind seemed to have figured it out. Looks like leaserig doesnt support cgminer api v3.3 =/
At least, not on my ants, had to put them back to an earlier 3.x build of cgminer

Good catch.

This is fixed and already passing through beta.

cryptofunk - As stated earlier blatant advertising on this thread is prohibited.

You can feel free to bash and mock our service if you are a customer or provider.  Doing so under the false pretense which you are is unethical, immoral and illegal in many jurisdictions.

That's interesting.

I actually prefer MRR as it comes to leasing and NiceHash as it comes to business model and fairness.

Well its a good thing no one asked you.

You actually did by falsely saying I had a hard on for BetaRig which isn't true, I simply can see what better things BetaRig has over LR.. I don't mind giving you the list of things LR has and BetaRig doesn't.  Contrary to you I'm trying to be constructive, beside dismissing and ditching you don't provide much to the discussion.

To touch on suchmoon said, you just came in here ranting about how we should switch from LR. That is the reason you get dismissed.

You might have a point but by using a LeaseRig thread to proclaim it's crap you are not coming across as "constructive" at all. Sure it has its problems and I've pointed out some here in the thread and via freshdesk, and miaviator can take a good advice when he sees it.

I have not had issues with logins (only get logged out when they reboot the server during maintenance, chrome saves the password anyway), LRP is working reasonably well - got stuck once and had to be rebooted and that's about all - and direct connection is ok too as long as I can work around cgminer/sgminer hardcoded config paths. Even including "babysitting" overhead LR for me outperforms NH and BR so there's that too.

I will. The "hours rented" for all the rigs, says it all. I don't really need to say anything else to you as you obviously have a hard on for BetaRigs...

I actually prefer MRR for leasing and NiceHash as it comes to business model and fairness for all parties involved and believes that whoever creates the hybrid of both sites will be winning the game (basically contracting for a number of accepted shares instead of hashrate that may or many not happen). This way, it doesn't really matter if a GPU goes down and it takes the owner/customer 6 hours to realized it, the contract will end whenever it reaches the target number of diff 1 accepted share number (with hashrate and duration you can calculate the number of diff1 shares and normalize it to 96-98% to account for typical rejection ratios).  Some safeguards would be needed to avoid bots in the middle pretending that all shares are rejected but that's something that is easy to detect.
