We just got leonArdo to work on Mac OS X!!!

Just need to test it a little more but a Mac version will definitely be available for the general open beta release!

We will hold off on giving a general open beta release date until we have
leonArdo running natively on Windows and Mac OS X. 

But if all goes well we should be still on track for a release in the next couple of
weeks....

We just wanted to give you an update on what we are currently working on.
During this closed beta phase we realised that most of our customers do not
want the hassle of installing a Virtual Machine in order to install leonArdo if
they are not using Linux. Therefore we have been working hard to get
leonArdo to build on Windows. In parallel we are working on a native version for
Mac OS X (which should prove a little easier  ).

It is our hope that once we enter the open beta testing phase (at which
point you guys will be able to get yours hands on a copy of leonArdo!) we
will have native versions of leonArdo for not only Linux, but also for Windows
and Mac OS X too.

We will keep you posted!

What's the price tag before releasing it?

Just a short update from us to let you know that we are hard at work ramping up
to the general release of the beta version of leonArdo!

We have already added some cool new features (timezones, depth chart etc. -
see above in the thread) and are constantly working to improve leonArdo.

Exact details of the release to follow in the next couple of days 

We are only selling it for BTC I'm afraid. It will be available on open beta release in a couple of weeks!

Just wanted to let you know that we are working hard on having leonArdo ready for the general open beta release, which
will be in a couple of weeks! In the meanwhile I left leonArdo running for a few days for testing and thought
I would share a screenshot of some of the action and the associated trades

The picture shows the PPC/BTC currency pair and note that were were 2 bots running - a mArgin
maker bot (trading with 26.2122 PPC) and a static ping pong bot (trading with 25 PPC).
It is interesting to observe that the mArgin maker bot can continue trading even though the course falls.  
This initially entails a loss (the parameters of which can be controlled by the user, e.g., don't lose more than
X%) in order to be able to continue trading and make a gain! On the other hand the static ping pong bot
doesn't recover if the course goes outside its range.
