what is your windows? & 32 or 64bit ?
it was working until blackout in house. then it started doing that. went whole nine yards and reinstalled deleted wallet, appdata folder etc.

are you using Google translation ? what i understood is " it was working until you went out from home, you came back and restart it but didnt work, so you deleted everything and problem didnt get solved"

I had the issue one or two times when the computer had an unexpected shutdown, e.g blackout in house. After rebooting the computer the error occure. I deleted the folder where the files for the lion coin wallet are located and also downloaded the .rar file again from page one. extracted the .rar and opened the extracted folder with the unpacked data files that are responsible to start the wallet. when starting the wallet (.exe data file) I get asked to put the password in the popup window. after placing the password in the related window it gives me that error code as above.

Also clean your PC registry. before you start the wallet.
