~
but about lite coin bottom price of lite coin is 113$ as coinmarketcap price chart showing
checkout price of lite coin never falls from the 113$ after february 2018
i think lite coin bottom price found and its stable there
Yes!
Litecoin has likely found its bottom, and will recover from its current price range.
Sooner or later this year, Litecoin might hit $200 when Charlie Lee get actions.

With such long-term downward price chart like this:
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/litecoin/
I believe it is right time to start accumulating more Litecoin.
I think this review can be given now about almost any coin on the market. Many coins are now very much lost in price after the last strong growth. I think all the same LTC today is interesting mainly to people who are already old-timers. Although the community always needs new blood.

Well, yes, but the predictions seem very negative about Bitcoin, Litecoin and other altcoins. I don't know if the cryptocurrencies will get the fresh air or not, the media did maximum job. Now it's about people.

Market was fully ready to use those updates but this didn't stop the rally. There is still cool stuff in Satoshi Lites's basket to be used later to make the magic.

Any news on the LTC debit card? Will it ever happen?

I know of at least one: https://wirexapp.com/litecoin-comes-wirex

It happened just over a month ago.

Not sure if it's in any way relevant to the future of Litecoin. It's just another way to sell Litecoins and spend the money. Smiley

In a lite of Bitcoint - Litecoin, I strongly believe it still a great project with the huge network.
I wish those upcoming news from team might lift the MBC price up at the end of 2018. We should keep calm and stay tuned Smiley

I was wondering with ASICboost being made open source now for BTC Sha-256 miners...is that something that can eventually be adopted by LTC and/or scrypt-pow miners? Huh

To reflect, can we agree that Litecoin's price has stabilized? Can this be considered good? In my opinion, yes, in the previous years we find their prices in high flexibility generating many losses and this is normal to gain the confidence of the investors. Let's wait a little more time.

For Litecoin's future, I think Charlie Lee's decision to leave Litecoin is more decentralized than a major challenge for the development Litecoin is facing. But it is absolutely necessary to compete with Bitcoin

OP (Charlie Lee) announced his dump of his LTC developers fund ~ can you say golden parachute? :\ hmmm

AFTER MORE THAN FOUR YEARS ===>

Clueless!
Just a 'few' (groan) small problems with LTC bouncing back with the price and difficulty action

ie...IF the top end machines available are doing 90% of the LTC mining say now, and they are ALL L3+'s then

I can't see a lot of progress with current price and difficulty bomb

it is not like the old days of various types of equip ..some more efficient than others....it... is now a clone army

so IF difficulty goes down ...then

yep…and everyone turns there machines back…if the majority of L3+'s are the only things LEFT mining LTC…then it goes to reason that anytime difficulty drops…the

majority will turn their machines back on in that all are the same speed and advantage rinse/wash/repeat with current difficulty vs price ....a conundrum!

only electricity will be the determining factor…that will eventually determine this ..with bitmain being the end centralized result maybe

thus the whole network will yo/yo or if the difficulty gets too high that only Bitmain (their own low cost per unit and low electric)

will be able to mine pow-scrypt coins and LTC and all else will be turned on ...that will be beyond ugly...

so are people really going to support a coin that bitmain can only mine say over the summer (or worse have a new machine doing so at better eff and running difficulty

really up) before the usual 4 - 5 months ‘pre-order’ of the same is in anyone’s hands?

sh*t LTC and Charlie Lee might have to make it a POS coin…if the only one able to mine LTC is going to be bitmain over the summer and/or worse as I mentioned above

This is what you can make with the latest L3+ today at 500mh and 800 watts at ave USA price of 12c kwh at the current price for LTC of $117

this is from www.litecoinpool.org/calc (this is free LTC pool and pays 101% the calc includes the 101%)

|24 hours|0.02509517 LTC|2.94 USD|2.30 USD|0.63 USD|
|7 days|0.17566618 LTC|20.55 USD|16.13 USD|4.42 USD|
|30 days|0.75285505 LTC|88.08 USD|69.12 USD|18.96 USD|

And Bitmain has the L3+ at $490 USD for making 63c a day on above calculations

yeah, IMHO, they have to have a NEW miner they are gonna pop out this Summer and run for 4 months

nothing else makes any sense…so I’d wait on getting ANY ASIC miner of ANY flavor or protocol…

also if you are into BTC the 7nm (vs Bitmain 14nm) has just come out…they claim to want to kill

Bitmain …I wish them luck

https://www.coindesk.com/1999-gmo-reveals-details-of-its-new-7nm-bitcoin-miner/

likely, they eventually will have scrypt-pow…i.f the price justifies it that is...a guy can hope!

later

Litecoin Core v0.16.0 released! that great news about litecoin
it looks like lite coin found its bottom price and not gonna down to 113$
price is very stable at the current position. look at marketcap chart in every price dump in 2018 lite coin lowest price was 113$ as i can see
i am sure bulls are coming
Will this one has new features/ upgrades to increase transaction speeds?
I have known that Litecoin has Lightning network, which has already had very fast transaction speeds

There's nothing wrong with transaction speeds and there are no plans on increasing them on the main chain.
