What features make Litecoin different? HolyTransaction just published a new infographic  Grin

OMNIcoin is pretty much dead by now and the developer had already taken down their blockexplorer. In place of OMNIcoin there should have been Peercoin in that place. Peercoin is much more innovative and sleek coin I have ever experienced Wink

Hi,

We've added LTC to the miners multipool: www.zpool.ca

Cheers!

Your site's front end is probably not opening  on my browser.

Would you mind telling me the stratum of it? Thanks Smiley

This looks actually good with some minor changes being done.
Too bad they forget to implement features for litecoin.

During the Developer's AMA, the Core developers announced this years roadmap.
They announced that we will definitely be getting these:
  • SegWit
  • CoinJoin-like features
  • Sidechains to test block scaling BIPs (101)
  • No RBF
Whilst no block scaling method has been announced publically, I am certain there will be an announcement very soon.

You can find the AMA here: https://www.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/3z2ta1/ama_official_litecoin_developers_and_litecoin/

There are also developer effects being taken by also the Litecoin Association. This includes a new website (with crowdfunding, dev help, project management...), videos on the Litecoin Association channel (available here: youtube.com/user/LitecoinAssociation, iOS wallet, fixes to LitecoinJ and the Android wallet. There are also some others I haven't announced, only because I'm currently taking them as a personal project, but if and when those are at a good enough state, the LA will announce those.

Very cool, thanks for the update.  Looking forward to seeing how the block scaling tests turn out.

Just like to let everyone know that if they ever use the Litecoin logo, they should be using the latest version of the logo. That being said, the V3 (latest) logo was first used in Litecoin Core over a year ago.

If you want to find PNG and Vector copies of the logos, Litecoin accepted here signs and other branding images, please go to litecoin.com/graphics.

If you don't know what the latest logo looks like, it looks like this...

Has the loafwallet iOS app project been abandoned?

No, we just raised some funds on reddit to get it back on track. It's my understanding there were other unfounded priorities.
Good to know. Thank you. It's great to see more litecoin development.

Litecoin Price to Reverse all Weekly Gains?

Key Highlights
- Litecoin price blasted higher this past week to trade near $3.82 where the upside was stalled.
- It looks like the stated area is turning out to be a major resistance area and may ignite a reversal in the near term.
- A contracting triangle pattern is formed on the hourly chart (price feed from HitBTC), which looks set for a break lower.
