litecoind and litecoin-qt keep crashing on exit with a runtime error when compiled on windows with EasyWinBuilder (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-easywinbuilder-the-easy-way-to-build-bitcoin-on-windows-252931 )

Does anyone have a suggestion what could be the problem here:

I guess I can see where you could make such an assumption from the "if one so desires" regarding further development, but I am under the impression sgminer will be maintained by wolf0. It doesn't really say it will in that other thread, but it doesn't really say it won't, either.
