During last two months, Litecoin has been amongst the most impressively performed altcoins, besides Ethereum.With recent statements from Charlie Lee that Litecoin will join the new trend of security, with DASH, I believe that more good things for Litecoin on market to come.
Not sure where Litecoin can hit and set its all-year-high for 2019, let's hope and see.

The story of mt. gox has been flurred, I don't think that mt.gox's story will become more lively during next months or even years.

it would be desirable or not until the whole cryptocurrency follows the price of Bitcoin, Especially lightcoin, although the price movements diverge a little, but the general trend is clear. Bitcoin is growing - light is growing. Until mt.gox dumps its 1/2 billion USD is it..in BTC, I think May 2019...we will likely, IMHO, go sideways at best or down...just saying..until that Ax falls ..that is our lot in life IMHO.

It seems that this year, Litecoin will be a leader of a new trend in crypto.
I expect he is talking about 'mimblewimble' anon protocol...in that, it was made for BTC and rejected as too 'risky' as an anonymous protocol...I'd assume that would be the
an easy way to do what Charlie Lee wants. He may go the 'soft' route and simply allow private transactions in wallets though...there is uncertainty on how the 'powers that be'
will react to mimblewimble etc, they may just flat out ban such protocol in coins as they did with ICO's in the USA.
My guess is the best he will offer is a private transaction feature in wallets. Hope I'm wrong and he goes full mimblewimble.

What do you mean by abandon?
1. Like in 2014-2016 when he was focused on his work in Coinbase and Warren did most of the development?

2. Like in 2017 when he left Coinbase to focus on Litecoin full time?
LTC was able to develop until now, the many communities that maintain LTC, the market gave him the opportunity and now moves well, green and goes up even though only slightly. In CMC the capitalization of LTC is higher than Tron's, this is increasing interest and will continue to increase.
