My wallet wasn't syncing, so I messed around with the settings. I clicked the proxy box under the settings and now when I try to start my wallet I can't even open it. I get an error: Unsupported argument -socks found. Setting SOCKS version isn't possible anymore, only SOCKS5 proxies are supported. How do I fix this?
I'd uncheck the box if I could, but I can't even open the application because of the error.
Idk about the socks business, so rather than trying to figure that out, I suggest starting from scratch.
1 - Backup your wallet.dat file if you've used it
2 - Delete the Lizus data (Usually in ...\Users\%Username%\AppData\Roaming)
3 - Run Lizus-qt again to recreate data folders
4 - Open lizus.conf with notepad

that solution didn't work for me. I had to open regedit, then hkey_currentuser, software, lizus, lizus-qt and then for fuseproxy you input 'false' instead of 'true'
my wallet seems to be syncing. but it won't let me backup any of my data from my backups folder....
Glad you got it to start syncing, the fuseproxy entry must have something to do with socks I guess.
& by backup your wallet I meant copy the wallet.dat file and paste it somewhere safe, I hope that's what you did, or if you can't recover it I hope it was empty..

you should be able to just paste the backup & replace the newly created wallet.dat in the Lizus data folder.
