Hey guys I only just started mining this coin.

How long ago was release I hope I didn't miss to much.

Ps is there a better pool than this crapper lky.allpoolz.com

imgiiny you have't missed much the coin was designed against high hash in the beginning very few blocks have been mined, so you havent missed much. I'm using a p2pool: p2p.sytes.net:19335

thanks for the infomation  Smiley

In the case of the p2pool:

cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8116 -u yourLKYaddress -p . --queue 0 -s 1

statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8116. This pool use a PPLNS payout scheme, and is stratum enabled.

The PPLNS windows is set to 1 hour, so you will get the expected payout after only a few blocks found. Anyway, the default configuration is around 24H. You have to mine days and night to reach the expected value, not fair at all...

It was only the wind.
How is difficulty up to 4 on this already??  It was released like one minute ago.  Why on earth is anyone still mining ?

Accelerated diff adjustment, so it's not an orphan-fest.

Difficulty is at 4 because of the large number of early adopters.  You're probably used to the other recent coins that had millions of coins instamined in the first few minutes that were shortly dumped thereafter.  The lower supply and no single person holding a majority share of the coins should actually help this coin keep some value and credibility.

There's no possible 'random' method of determining block rewards. Whatever mechanism you have in place will be cheated to hell in back. Just like with junkcoin.

^^ This. And of course, that is something that OP knows and have used to pre-mine the first 500 blocks VERY profitably.. DERP!

The guy who said that was an idiot. If you base the block reward on something that can't be known ahead of time reasonably, like the previous block's hash, it can't be cheated.

I've added a new p2pool.

Here are the parameters:

cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8116 -u yourLKYaddress -p . --queue 0 -s 1

statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8116. This pool use a PPLNS payout scheme, and is stratum enabled.

3% fee.

This one is up, and fully reliable.

I've added a second node connected to the main one (next.afraid.org:8116), available at least for the next 24h. More bandwith with:

second node:     pool.afraid.org:8116

Now the load is OK for both servers. And the coins are there.

As far as I'm concerned these servers work fine.

If you have any issue with the main server: next.afraid.org:8116, you may use the second one: pool.afraid.org:8116.  These two server are connected, and are on two different locations.

I use this pool for the last 45mn, it works well. I stay here for the night.

Using a reliable pool increase the coin income... I don't want to check my rig all the day and all the night... The failure recovery has its limits...

This is the one -  Reliability, bandwidth and some MH/s, this is the key.

http://luckycoinpool.com/ Another great Big Vern pool 0%

Guys, BitJohn said it = it's true. (really, he's psychic)

But seriously, if you guys dont want to keep shifting around crappy pools then head over to BigVern's. He has stratum setup as well.

this pool is good, trying it.

Ha ha, not like Cryptohunter is a LITTLE more competent then you are or anything. But go ahead, and pretend you didn't premine this coin when you start selling it in blocks of 100k in a few hours.

Currently on block 1300 - there are only a total of ~120,000 coins in existence.

You MIGHT be forgetting the 'Luck' blocks here.. Oh and first 500 blocks. Premine.
