Something to spend them on?

http://cryptoblackjack.kicks-ass.net/index.php?coin_type=4

There's only 88 LKY (1 block) in the bank right now so the bets are very limited to that the house can cover them. When the bank situation improves I'll raise the roof a little.

well instead letting botnets grab all and leave other people only orphans, this one kills the botnets within 15 mins. And at least people don't get orphans, and can mine with pool and get their fair shares.

It's much better than those let botnets raped for hours.

I don't think this can succeed with this much bad press!

Pretty good coin start.

Not as good as litecoin, solidcoin1 or solidcoin2 that is. =3
I actually solo mined the above coins and GOT quite a lot for my meager hashing rate.

With all these new alts you jump on and see nothing but a few orphans.

awesome coin start killed the botnets in their tracks, within 20 min of launch orphans were dead with high diff.

yeah, hope it will give steady target 1 min per coin, regardless the hashrate.

Don't know why people aren't aware of BigVern pools by now, but here is the link: http://luckycoinpool.com

Quick, awesome and reliable as usual.

I've added a new p2pool.

Here are the parameters:

cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8116 -u yourLKYaddress -p . --queue 0 -s 1

statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8116. This pool use a PPLNS payout scheme, and is stratum enabled.

3% fee.

This one is up, and fully reliable.

I've added a second node connected to the main one (next.afraid.org:8116), available at least for the next 24h. More bandwith with:

second node:     pool.afraid.org:8116

Now the load is OK for both servers. And the coins are there.

As far as I'm concerned these servers work fine.

If you have any issue with the main server: next.afraid.org:8116, you may use the second one: pool.afraid.org:8116.  These two server are connected, and are on two different locations.

This one has diff adjusted too fast? I think the program adjust the diff trying to maintain the block time - which is 1 minute per block. Apparently this is something people wanted. This coin will generate 1 per minute at steady pace, hopefully.  Cheesy

Guys just let this one die -- it was horribly flawed. 0minute mined. 500MH/s+ at 0minutes.  blah blah blah

This is possibly the best launch I've ever seen.

*Scheduled launch (neither early nor late)
*Working binaries
*Very quick pools/p2pools on/after launch
*Low orphans
*Accelerated difficulty in the beginning to help make it fair

The bullcrap in the list of crypto's thread doesn't help one bit for new comers.

WOPR , if we have more than one rig on p2p should we use the same wallet? for all 3 rigs or 3 separate? or it doesn't really matter?

Not sure, maybe some guru can answer.....

If we use the same address for more than one rig. I think that works well, however you will see quickly using the statistics that you have the correct MH/s, sum of all rigs.

well technically it shouldn't matter since its per share right?

Right.

The difficulty is now at 4.01, this pool has enough MH/s to get constant coins flow.
