To the several people out there who cannot get their AMD miner to work, I think I found the issue. It creates my bin file with "lyra2re" for the algo name and gives 100% rejects. I renamed the bin file part with algo name to "Lyra2RE" and now it works. For some reason, it creates bin file without the capital letters. That works on vert, but not on this.

GPU 1: 64.5C | 63.28K/63.41Kh/s | R: 0.3% HW:0 WU:0.113/m I:14
So maybe you can give a link to working sgminer for windows,
not only source on github?
