There are a number of reasons your tokens haven't gotten to your selected wallet.
1. Wrong wallet address: If you provided a wrong wallet address i.e (an adddesss that is not ERC-20 compatible)during purchase or it was copied and pasted out wrongly.
Solution: Change of wallet addresss is not available at this time.
2. Unverified account: Did you complete your KYC procedure successfully? Does your account on www.markaccy.io show verified? If no, you will miss out on the distribution process.
Solution: Currently, verification of account has been put on hold till distribution is over.
3. Distribution ongoing: The distribution process commenced on the 18th of september and will go on up until the last pre-sale investor gets his/her token.
