If you have funds out of your own pocket, why would you do your fundraising by launching an IEO? isn't this a sentence which is completely opposite to what you said at the beginning? how do you explain?

With a IEO we can build the extra features like a App for IOS and Android. Also we can build a bigger database because we are a data driven project. So in short, with more investment we can do more without we can launch how it is written in our whitepaper.
