This is the problem of IEOs now. It is now like we are in the ICO period again. No difference with how they came to be with these IEOs. Now, we don't know what is the future of Matic Network. Their website is also down getting a 404 error.

Someone can claim no more than 5 tickets and that should be around $1500

there is no doubt if all of the coins that come from the team which is owned a lot of tokens. Where is more than 380 million worth of matic coming from? I also never heard if matic did a pre-sale before it listed on the binance launchpad.

You are right, previously after they IEO most of the coins pumped vary hugely and now they are trading at low value. Matic is one of them, which is actively trading and increasing its value from the past two weeks. Which we don't know exactly what is happening in the background.
