At least these 2 people on here get it.. the rest of you who commented are wrong. And putting up meme's and calling me names and etc just makes your community look terrible and childish.. I actually think the MEC wallet was the coolest of the bunch as it actually looked different and I could tell what coin I was looking at. It is unfortunate that it got flagged.. I will work that out myself. But raising attention to the fact does not warrant name calling crap and telling me to leave. Those people are the ones who will ruin it for everyone. Pretend I'm your grandma and stop being jerks about the whole thing. I bet the next comment is some child troll (probably a JR member of this forum) who again will just say all is well and we don't need you cause MEC is the best while they turn investors away with their selfish comments.
I wouldn't say we are wrong at all, actually. Your initial post was acceptable -- you weren't in the know about how Avast flags "suspicious" executable files (by suspicious, they mean all files that haven't been directly verified by Avast -- a brand new wallet on the day its released probably hasn't been added to their database yet.)
It became an issue when we explained to you how Avast works...and you continued to make post after post blaming Kimoto for the issue and demanding a fix. If you had read what was explained to you multiple times, you should have been on the Avast board and/or contacting support asking them to add the Megacoin wallet to their database. What I cannot understand is why you continue to post in here about this -- you polluted the thread with your crap and it makes it look like there is an issue that doesn't even exist. This is frustrating because you are simply adding to the confusion.
I'm not sure why you couldn't simply admit you didn't understand what caused Avast to flag certain executable files, thank us for the explanation, and move on. Nobody was forcing you to install it if you were still scared...but you continued to blame the dev and it started to piss us off. Maybe things didn't remain as civil as they should have...but it's frustrating when people don't listen and start pointing their fingers when they're completely misinformed.
So basically, your first post regarding this "issue" was completely fine; I maybe would have even let the second one slide if it weren't for your accusing tone. Everything after that was just completely ridiculous and all you've done is waste the time of everyone following this thread.
If you trust your anti-virus software unconditionally and refuse to ever contact them or take additional steps to verify false-positives...you should probably consider taking up a different hobby -- there is a lot of frustration in your future.
