Ok looking into that right now.what is the correct version of source right now is it .3

I am not 100% sure but I believe he removed it from github to prevent others from cloning it as easily. You may have to redownload from sourceforge:

The block explorer listed on the Megacoin website always seems to be down so I have set up a new block explorer for Megacoin at:
