I've got 1 connection but it continues to drop then reconnect....

Erased Peers.dat and restart your computer after is good

I have downloaded the wallet and removed some files save .dat and a few others..Is there any .conf file to configure and put in roaming folder? Also any bountes going for promo?

Wallet not syncing any nodes tried restarting a couple of times still 0 active connection
Try deleting peers.dat then restarting.
still can not please give file.conf
