I assume many people did in fact cheat the system and submitted more than one address.  Maybe require each user to PM you and maybe go to another platform such as Slack or Skype so they can verify they have one address?

Test are now completed and Smart Contract is ready

Hi Everyone,

The tests are now completed and the Smart Contract is ready.

Here is the source code: https://github.com/minereum/Minereum/blob/master/minereum.sol

However since we got more addresses than expected and since they are supposed to be hardcoded in the source code, we are now facing the issue that the Smart Contract is too big to be deployed on the etheruem network (Aprox. 1.4 MB), we were not predicting this issue in the beginning as we never deployed such a big Smart Contract.

Ethereum network limitations can be seen here: https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/1106/is-there-a-limit-for-transaction-size

We are exploring other ways of distributing the tokens and we will come back soon with a solution.

Stay tuned for more updates!

You could ask to bitcointalk users to declare their addresses.... Only one address for every user, and of course not to users registered in the last hours. This metod will limit possibility that users register with multiple addresses, and i bet that the 4000 addresses will reduce so much.

Just my two cents.

This above is the perfect solution! One address for every user!

Sorry, but I do not understand this. What you need to do to get the coins?

Than reduce the addresses as much as possible I think this would be good solution to keep moving forward instead of stop at that place. Any expected time frame how long it will take to get implemented.

The latest models of smart contract to collect ethereum address, may be a good idea  Cheesy

This model is new and novel way to go about things but can the team be fair with the distribution, I don't know how they want to about the development since their is no fund set aside for that purpose.
Well we hope dev serious about this project  Smiley
it was a free coin who cares, only suggestion is to be very carefull when you buy,  dont forget 1000 airdrop just one can be real project the other one are fake project just to make some bct, advice you dont cry later! Wink
I strongly agree with you, we wait for good news from the dev  Smiley

The future of Smart Contract Mining starts here

Genesis Address Collection is now over

Thank you all for participating!

The Genesis Address Collection happened between April 14 5 PM UTC and April 15 5 PM UTC

4269 addresses were collected from the community, here is the full list:
http://minereum.com/GenesisAddresses.txt

We are now making some tests and we will deploy the live Smart Contract soon.

Stay tuned!

Introducing minereum

minereum is the first ever self mining Smart Contract Token.

Coins are generated on the fly with a mathematical formula.

For more information read our white paper: http://minereum.com/minereum.pdf

Or if you don't wish to open the document, you can check the print screens below:

To start as defined in the white paper, first we require as much ethereum addresses as possible.

If you don't wish to open our white paper here are our next steps:

Note: Minereum was launched on April 12 under the name minneum (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-minneum-the-first-self-mining-smart-contract-no-ico-everyone-welcome-1866988), but as a project named "mineum" already exists, we decided to change the name to minereum, this is now the new thread of this Smart Contract project.

have fun. i listed. lucky

Smart Contract tests ongoing

Hello everybody,

Just want to give you a short status on the current progress.

Once more, thank you all for participating in the Genesis Addresses collection.

For those who don't know: the Genesis Addresses Collection occurred between April 14 5 PM UTC and April 15 5 PM UTC.

4269 addresses were collected from the community, here is the full list: http://minereum.com/GenesisAddresses.txt

These addresses will be part of the Smart Contract and will hold 32,000 MNE each.

However, only a tinny fraction of them will be available for transfer, this fraction will increase over time.

That's what makes minereum different, for more details read our white paper here: http://minereum.com/minereum.pdf

We are now making some tests and we will deploy the live Smart Contract soon.

Stay tuned!
glad to hear this news. this is in progress. Good job DEV
