I found 32000 MNE in my Trezor Wallet and have the following questions:
a) Can I sell them immediately on livecoin.net?
b) If not, in order to sell the genesis adress, where do I find the genesis address?
c) And if I know the address how can I transfer the MNE to my metamask in order to sell the genesis adress?
Metamask only allows receiving eth, isn't it?

a. You can but it's a really small amount. you can also send or receive MNE and you have upgraded your wallet into the level 3 genesis address

b) No, I did not find any a address. I understand that I first have to "connect to web3" and believe that means to open my Metamask when I am on that page.
But in the Metamask-Wallet are no MNE. They are in my Trezor.
b1) Don't I have to have any MNE in Metamask to view the genesis address? If this is the case,

First you should create a metamask account
Second, you can connect your Trezor wallet to metamask, if you don't know how to do it, google and you will find it very easily.
After that, you have 5 options:
If you have a Genesis Address with 32,000 MNE you have 5 options:
