For today it's:Level 2 Upgrade Fee (from Level 1): 0.15 ETH
Level 3 Upgrade Fee (from Level 2): 0.3 ETH

not ALL, but only mined coins - yes.After upgrade you just start the mining process, getting about 1.84 MNE per day, so you need to wait for some time to mine some MNE and later sure you can transfer it anywhere you want and sold.

The site states that if I acquire a genesis address of the 1st level, then it automatically becomes the address of the 3rd level. Please explain how to understand this? And will I be able to withdraw the token to the whitebit exchange after I buy the genesis level 1 address in this case? Where can I buy a Genesis address? In the MNE DEX? Or elsewhere? Or should you buy it from someone? There is 7 $, I will buy

I found 32000 MNE in my Trezor Wallet and have the following questions:
a) Can I sell them immediately on livecoin.net?
b) If not, in order to sell the genesis adress, where do I find the genesis address?
c) And if I know the address how can I transfer the MNE to my metamask in order to sell the genesis adress?
Metamask only allows receiving eth, isn't it?

a. You can but it's a really small amount. you can also send or receive MNE and you have upgraded your wallet into the level 3 genesis address

b) No, I did not find any a address. I understand that I first have to "connect to web3" and believe that means to open my Metamask when I am on that page.
But in the Metamask-Wallet are no MNE. They are in my Trezor.

First you should create a metamask account
Second, you can connect your Trezor wallet to metamask, if you don't know how to do it, google and you will find it very easily.
After that, you have 5 options:

It says I could transfer 32000 MNE if I upgrade to V3. I upgraded to V3 and I can't send my 32000 tokens. I can only send the small amount that is generated. It clearly says to enable transfers - you need V3. Is this some kind of scam?! Why did I just send 0.45eth to someone, if I'm not able to transfer these 32000 tokens? What kind of "airdrop" is this?
Upgrading to level 3 enables transfer (unlike level 2 and 1 where transfers are blocked) and you can transfer up to your mined coins.

In any case, you can always set your genesis address for sale, it will eventually sell and you will get your eth back. Note that over time your level 3 will have more and more mne available and it becomes more attractive for buyers over time. You can set it for sale in the V2 My Address Page
