Or you could not deposit and wait 9 months and buy another 10 Gh miner and then have to save up more months just to have to buy an air conditioner.

You can't exactly calculate ROI because the game has difficulty, just like the real life mining.
Remember this is a game as you can see in the subject, they don't do real mining. But if players make investment they expect a profit, that's why ROI won't be less than 200-250 days I think.
He should have other incomes from the site to compensate this mining revenue. You can figure that out yourself aswell.

You have to buy a technician in shop section and your technician will earn your block inding treatments too. Just look at the shop and technician info part.
