I like this project, having an easier option to store and trade cryptocurrencies is fantastic as nowadays it is not that easy for new users, if you need spanish translation I have done some here and would like to do yours if available
What other altcoins will you accept besides ETH/BTC?
During the pre-ICO we accept BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH.
Roadmap describes the steps till the phase 3, but in your WP you stated about the phase 4, when do you expect this phase's execution?
The phase 4 will be MiraGarant service. We will launch it in December 2020.

How will you keep up with the level of liquidity inside of your platform? Do you have agreements with the stock exchanges?

What special knowledges do arbiters have to solve the disputes? May I sue you if I am not happy with the decision of arbitration?

Unpacked MiraBox can be stored only in your wallet or any?
Once you open a MiraBox and get access to the private keys you will be able to upload or send them to any wallet. Mira doesn't really have a wallet of its own, just the MiraBoxes.
You told that MiraBox will be bought back for 99% of its price, prices on different stock exchanges can differ by ~5%, how will you determine the final price?
We will have our own exchange.

MiraBox is a file where cryptocurrencies are stored off chain. MiraBox contents can be sold at any exchange or sent to any wallet any time.

Will Mira block chain be centralized? Is it correct?
No, it will be based on nodes. A node can be run by any owner of over 3000 MIRA tokens
