AFAIK the voting has not been rigged, at least not by any us. There have been a few BTC donations that boosted us on the voting ladder. When not added, we will learn the reason soon enough (I guess)

Some observations for voting on Comkort:
No account is needed and you get 1 vote per hour.
Signup for an account and you can vote 3 times per hour. No trade history needed, just signup.

1) Signup for an account.
2) Keep two browsers open. IE and Chrome for example
3) vote in IE without using an account (IP based vote)
4) switch to chrome and use logged in account and vote 3 times
5) vote on cell phone not using your WIFI

That will get you 5 votes per hour.
If you happen to have/use a VPN service then you can get different IPs by connecting to a different server
