The withdrawal fee at https://crex24.com is very high, up to nearly 100 mmo per withdrawal of max 5000 mmo, I think also to delist mmocoin from crex24 to avoid losing high fees for players. I see traders moving to https://www.altilly.com for a very low fee of about 0.01 mmo

There is many reason why exchange provider delist coin or token from their services. One of them is request by coins/token dev team and second low volume. If you need specific reason, you can ask to Altilly support.
