I am having the same issue. This p2pool did this to me before monocle too. Never paid out to wallet.

Boris pool is on Network #1, my hash with 1.2MH is too low. Maybe thats the reason ?

15% is standard in p2p. As long as you are under that you are getting more then other peeps.
