The tipbot (MoneTipUnit)(source) is mostly ready. The commands are a little different as I've added code to get the current MUE value from Cryptonator and Bleutrade.

MUE Commands:

!block - displays the current network block
!bleutrade - displays the current Bleutrade Coin Price/Volume
!cryptonator - displays the current Cryptonator Coin Price/Volume

Tipbot Commands:

Code:

!balance - displays your current wallet balance
!address - displays MonetaryUnit address where you can send your funds to the tip bot
!withdraw  - withdraws your whole wallet balance to specified address
!tip   - sends the specified amount of MonetaryUnit to the specified nickname
!rain  [max] - splits amount coins between max users or the whole channel

10 million of the 40 million has already been distributed, and continues to be distributed on a daily basis.
To achieve the target price, will require a significant effort to distribute the remaining coins, so to achieve the price target would negate the "dump" scenario you are suggesting as the pre-mine would no longer exist.
Also, the 40 MUE per block reward kicking in in a matter of days will create 86,400 MUE per day, creating over 2.5M coins per month.
Whilst I respect you have the right to an opinion, in this instance I do not give it any weight or value.
If you have some constructive intelligent comment to make, I am more than willing to discuss.
