weird, I didn't have any issues at all with it? Did everyone follow the instructions? They were pretty explicit

1) Go to crowdsale contract address https://etherscan.io/address/0xe7e01babb53c98f8d84d05dfff64ebb63ed37bf5
2) Click "Read Contract" tab
3) Scroll down to "22. > tokenAmountOf"
4) Paste the eth address you contributed from into the textbox
5) Hit query and divide the result by 1000000000 (10 million)
6) That is your MYST balance

2) Click "Read Contract" tab

Confirm it worked, but divide by 100000000 (100 million) not the digits above (he added an extra zero)

Same problem, I had to resubmit 15 minutes after launch with 250000 gas as advised. I hope I am under softcap.

I managed to get into the ICO, but had the same transaction problems others had. I submitted my first attempt 15 seconds past the start time, but the transaction never materialized. So I tried again and again for 20 minutes until I finally got in, but by then MULTIPLE people had dropped $2 million+ and the softcap was long gone. I learned a lesson on gas limits and on when I should submit transactions, at least.

Did anyone actually check the code? Is this a real product to invest in?
i don't know the code things , but the volunteer running more than 1000 node to test the MYST function now
i think that is a real product ,a real project !!

as a result we missed the softcap 
same here - did send my amount like 5 seconds after ICO opened. at least i got it working... 25 minutes later. but missed the softcap :/
I missed the discount too. Even with much higher gas limits and right at the beginning of ico.
One of the most succesfull crownfundings lately. Its almost done in an hour as expected. Congratz to everyone that were able to participate, many people had problems with gas limits. Gotta love smart contract icos where there is no need for an escrow at all lol.
So the problems were because of gas limit? Then I would like to know what gas limit was needed since I tried up to 6 times what was recommended.
Same here, even with the much higher gas limits it couldn't happen.
Same, submitted right after ICO open but could not get it to work until 25mins later..
