it's a great project. Internet access is no longer unlimited. transportation is now very easy. but in some cases of interference by the state is made. with the VPN system we are able to break these obstacles.

Don't know but I've tried twice and can't see any sign of my transactions on the network so no idea if I'm going to buy twice as much as I wanted to or none at all in the end.
I say this every time, but using Ethereum is so unpleasant. The only reason I keep doing Eth ICOs is because they always get pumped immediately after trading starts.
To avoid this, I load separate address with amount of ETH that I want to spend, and then just keep trying to send it.
This way, you never spend more than you wanted, and there's a chance that one of the sends will go through
We experience same issue every popular ICO again and again.

What is happening when transactions don't get accepted even though they are formed ok?
I don't have any reason to think its anything dodgy, but when there's no apparent reason it makes me suspicious. Every Eth ICO is the same. Its so shitty. I don't think I'm going to bother keep trying again and again just to pay extra even though I made my first transaction in time for the better price.
