While you said in your website, that you will not be responsible for any risk. Even you can't evaluate the risk, how about us?
Think of it as running a TOR exit node. Depending on where you live and who you are (individual or organization), you might be made responsible of the traffic you relay or not.

The US recently brought in new laws that make simply accessing a site through tior dangerous. They didn't make tor completely illegal, but they made it risky to use.

Mysterium has very professional approach for decentralized VPN on blockchain. VPN industry is grwoing rapidly so that I also think so many people will invest into this project to take advantage as early bird because in future this will make huge profit.

1. Where can I find the detail about ICO? The amount, cap, target, bonus, way to invest, etc...
2. Is it safe to run a node in my computer? Will it damage my content in my computer or will my computer be attacked ?

You can download Node (Ubuntu version) and Client here - https://mvp.mysterium.network/downloads
Also, Client is also available for everyone who wants to test running nodes. As of today, we have already 16 nodes running.
