hehe but dont forget...when you have more you can lose more as well

losing coins from value or other ways?

No i mean when you have just earned a lot of btc its tempted to get greedy. when you have 200+btc you are not happy anymore with a 0.2btc profit.. So you will invest more and more...and that can be risky..

Whats happening here! Cheesy

2 pages to work this out! Sorry had to do some family things and its now me time.

4 days brother - after 4 days your coins will start staking and secure it with a password and never ever forget your password! and regularly backup your wallet.

For example I buy my first 1,000,000 coins today and I move them from the exchange to the wallet . It will say unconfirmed after 4 days they will become spendable then you unlock your wallet and a portion will go to the staking column and they can NOT be moved the rest you can move back and forth and trade. The ones in the stake will mint coins for you. With 1,000,000 NAV you will have a high network weight which gives you are greater % of the total minted coins for that block.

Thanks for the explanation. I learned something new about the NAV staking process.

I have a few nav in exchange. When I go to block explorer and paste the address it shows me transactions history totaly different from my history in the exchange.I'm new in crypto and I don't understand it very well but if somebody could explain me is that normal or .....?

Don't worry it is normal. Whatever shows you in exchange is important.

edit: when you sell coins, this coins don't send to buyer from your address...right.

I hope so.... Undecided

Hi i have a question about "bots".
This "bots" on exchanges are people, group or it is a program?
Because they are very fast, with lot of times less than a second needed to put order lower/higher than me!
So how is working exactly?

Bots are normal part of markets. Those are program wrote by people which make trading more easy. They for example set some threshold for their offerts so whenever you give higher offer, bot will automatically beat your offer for 1 sat.

A question I have always done to myself, but this bots in that way, and especially when
there are two or more bots which fight each others, they do not waste a lot of money in fees?

I think too they are boring, but maybe sometimes you can use the bots of others, even to your
advantage, with a bit of luck. Wink

there are many different bots on the markets, which you can buy yourself for a few bucks as well, for example haasbot.

basically u can use a lot of settings telling the bot what to do so you dont have to sit behind your computer all day long.

bots also calculate the fees so if you set them correctly you wont lose any money. they work very simple. basically you say something like; buy x btc at price x and sell x% higher and do that over and over again. this way you earn micro amounts of btc depending of your settings but overall you can earn a nice amount of cash.

you can even set it to arrange a pump, so everytime you sell for profit the bot reserves a few percentage for the pump, once you reached your btc pump goal it will use that reserve to pump...

its lots of fun to use it although it cost time to figure out all settings...personally i prefer buying myself, but for fulltime traders who want to trade 15+ coins at the same time it can be a nice trading tool.

 Shocked !
I'm small trader and not use this things, but want to know when i made few hundreds BTC from NAVAJOcoin where to invest them, to make even more Roll Eyes

so the coins should be at least 4 days old?

Maybe this is the reason. I have coins in my wallet for a long time, so when I unlock wallet, it start to staking immediately. I assume somebody who know it for sure will answer soon with details.

Cof Cof ... QED

AFAIK, right now specification are:
                Min age: 2 Hours
                Max age: 1 Day
                Minted Blocks Maturity: 60

                TxConfirm : Min 3 block

Taking a practical example, after receiving the coins by someone
else, they are confirmed and become expendable after minimum three confirmations.

After 2 hours, they become mature and ready for the staking, and their weight
(and so the probability to stake) grows for another 24 hours.

So passed the first two hours, _when_ the wallet is on line, it have mature coin,
it is synchronized, and is "unlocked" or "unlocked for staking only",
it will show a green arrow, and it could generate a new block stake, but only if
you are very very lucky, and on line.

Usually it takes a lot more, depends on the global network weight, depends on
the POS difficulty, depends on the value of the pile of coins, and as said before
depends on luck.

And if luck has a fixed limit of two hours, there is no limit to bad luck,
there may be pile of coins that have not produced stakes for several weeks.
Obviously there are extreme cases, normally expect a few days.

In any case, after having produced one stake block, the pile of coins becomes
unavailable for 60 blocks, while waiting to be confirmed.
After that, it again becomes expendable, and after two hours, become mature to
generate another stake.

Each pile of coins that you have received in wallet has a story in itself,
and can produce stake independently of the other pile.
It is not uncommon to have two or more pile that can go in the stake,
while others is still in the process of waiting for the confirmation.

Bye
