deleted contents in AppData/Roaming again (except the .conf), works now. I might have broken it when exiting by killing the process when it seemed unresponsive.

anything thats different is worth taking a chance on and supporting. neo is no xpm but its certainly not an ltc clone like everything else either.

IIRC it is a scrypt coin, but with some new features coded into the client. Could be a winner.
