After downloading the base, the wallet is still synchronized again. I synchronized after several on and off. Time took about a day.
how to sync wallet fast ?
i am new user of netcoin and i just download wallet for windows
since 2 days still syncing the old block last 2 year ?
and now i reach to nov 27 2015 block ..
is there any way to sync wallet fast or skip these dust block ?

I have issues with synchronization wallet. Synchronization occurs stop on different blocks. Tomorrow I will try again, if I fail, then I will have to stay on the old version.
We had one other user say this and we are trying to better look into it. What this other user said he found was if he shutdown and restarted it would continue on but it slowed the longer it went on, so he restarted a few times during this process of resyncing and he's all good now. It may be an issue of low resources for certain users but we are looking into it.
Everything should work fine but we will be here if anyone has any issues or questions.

the PIR calculator on NETCOIN CLIENT VERSION 2.3.1.0 does return correct numbers?
If I put 10 000 000 on the calculator it retunrs me Yearly APR 100% but I understood that now we can earn maximum 40% per year, am I correct or my PIR calculator is correct?

For the people who have a Pi3 with raspbian we now have a Netcoin client for you 
It only works on a Pi3 though with raspbian, I don't think it works on other OS like NOOBS.

Correct, that is the current wallet. The new one is 2.4 and you can find it here https://github.com/netcoinfoundation/netcoin/releases/tag/2.4 Please note that you will have to re-download the blockchain as we now use leveldb. Also note, this is not a mandatory update but is highly recommended. What one should do for this update that is recommended, is to take the NetCoin appdata folder and rename it, so the client don't read it. Run the new 2.4 client and make sure it syncs up properly, then shut it down and replace the wallet.dat file in the newly created NetCoin folder within the appdata>roaming folder. Then if everything is fine you can delete the 2.3.1 files. In this way, if anything were to not work out for someone you can simple revert back to the previous client 2.3.1
Exchanges can choose to update or not. It's up to them. We are still in the works on more updating for Netcoin. Good things do take time. We had a much bigger update initially but it proved to need more testing.
As stated it is NON mandatory, but is recommended because of the removal of IRC. If we look back to cryptsy's claim of lucky7coin and the hack due to IRC.. Netcoin had to take action to remove this.
