too much inflation would kill the coin

adding node to neurocoin.conf not needed
1. backup wallet.dat
2. remove directory C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\NeuroCoin
3. download new wallet
4. run and wait to sync
5. close after sync
6. copy wallet.dat to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\NeuroCoin
7. run again

just delete NeuroCoin folder (DON'T FORGET BACKUP wallet.dat)
