Is there a miner that works on raspberry pi? I have tired Uray's, and JMiner, I can't make Uray's miner, and raspberry pi have no support for OpenCL. Is there another miner that works with raspberry pi?

Still looking for more comments and suggestions, etc, on my pre-release asset draft papers...

https://docs.google.com/document/d/12o7gnqFWqnJFb1mPNDTwgdsCqoxavkdvJx3hF7LvCXo/edit?usp=sharing

An extremely well written document. Cheers!

I strongly encourage everyone to read it asap.

Thanks m3ta, much appreciated. I've put time into it, just as I have with my company, and I wanted to make sure it was shown through the release (or in this case, pre release) document as well. Glad it is coming off that way!

project looking inteesting right now!
bought some coins  Smiley

Thanks!  We're doing everything we can to make sure as many people feel this way as possible. Smiley If this is your first BURST purchase, welcome to the community, hope you stick around, as there will be many new and exciting things to come!

I'd like to take this time to personally thank every member of the BURST team. Without you guys, we'd have nothing. You're the best. Thank you for your selfless efforts within the coin, even when there seemed no hope left to some, you didn't let that affect you, and for these reasons, and many more, you are to be praised! You guys are a true bunch of badasses. Not many people will work as much for free as you have, for the glimpse of joy at the end of an arduous and trap-laden rainbow.

To the BURST team! Here's to 2016 and beyond, the year of the GREEN currencies, the year of the awesome technology realizations, the year of the change in thought process of many, and the gathering of the masses in support of projects that make sense. Down with the scams, down with the needless burning of power, and possible house fires!

Up with innovation, decentralization, and the way of the most sense. The way that makes people understand the things that before seemed impossible, and the way that leads to success for the ones who knew how to make it such.

Join the ones who are doing this, be one of the few not sponsored by millions of dollars and hype, build a foundation of awesomeness, and strive to make it more, and make it accessible, loved, and made use of to the ones who could not before even know where to find it, let alone understand and use it! Get there with the help of an awesome team, and feel good about it, because it is awesome.

Okay, carry on...

Your cpu miner works great but is there any chance you can help out luxe with his GPU miner.
...

Sorry, but jminer has no fix for Win7 cache/memory issues like Blago's ...
jminer is running in JavaVM to be independent from OS, implementing a native Win7 special case is not intended by dev.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13431182
If you are bounded to Win7, you should use another miner.
...
Thank you for the clarification, I have difficulty with the language Smiley

Your cpu miner works great but is there any chance you can help out luxe with his GPU miner.

AFAIK it consumes GBs of ram for breakfast as once did your cpu miner in windows 7.

You fixed that windows 7 issue and I would welcome it if you can have a look at luxes code and maybe fix that issue over there as well or provides some hints.

Yes windows 7 is important because any other windows is useless for mining operations.
(eg. win 8 and win 10 have severe gpu memory issues mining vram limited gpu algos)

Yes linux would fix all those issues but I don't think windows user should be shafted.
(there are alot of issues with linux as well eg. ocing or moreover only x64 compiled miners work which are actually a few % slower)

Sadly the ONLY !!! viable windows is win 7.

Edit:
You could try to use Runaurufu's Memory Cleaner

In case anybody wonders this is our current profit levels:

Soon it hits the treshhold of 0.05 BTC and we will pay the dividends!

Income, I'm very glad for what you do, but i really want to hear about a payment soon. I would also like to ask if you could do every trade with income on the exchange and not from the income address. So income gain burst from every asset not in the main address, so we can calculate how many burst coins you have. I'm asking because i'm afraid of the ICO scam. (The owner can buy as many coins (or assets) as he/she likes, because the money will end in the his/her pocket anyway. )
Why am i asking? Because i found these transactions, 256536736663650702, 16969936653431141626 and 6859442588472710563. The last one is the cheap "burned" asset, guess what, the asset is not burned anymore. You can view the rest on block.burstcoin.info, just use the search function.
Back to income, if you can send income to anyone you like, and they still get paid dividends from that, you reduce the profit from actually investing owners, and the dividends has also been "delayed" for the second time. You need to start paying out, use your own money. It's your asset, you need to prove it's worth it.
You are a big person in the community, so get up and bring hope back. I still believe in you, but others don't. Look at history, people are selling more then buying.

Margin

I would like to hear from the investors how you want the final ann to be, (Bot and investing metode). I have made 3 different choices, you can come up with another one.
1. I tell everyone about the way i earn money and how to get the bot.
2. I tell everyone about the way i earn money, but every invester over 1000 asset, will get a encrypted message about the bot.
3. Only investors over 1000 asset get to know the investment metode used and the bot.

The metode is very simple and takes no time to setup. So i would like to know, if i should protect margin against people running their own business or just turn my back to it and use Income's metode (Everything is open). Income have shown to be good, so i have no problem in doing so.

AND, good luck mining everyone  Grin

Burst hit 28 satoshi on 6.2 BTC / 30M Burst worth of volume. Someone see's some value in the coin....

H.

indeed sir, finally people might be realizing that BURST is here to stay, despite what the naysayers may think, and that our mining style and overall usefulness (even if it may not be fully taken advantage of yet, or even really scratched the surface of... lol) is extremely likely to have merit. I'm hoping to bring even more attention to the coin with some various other ideas I'm working on. Too early to release any detail, as you know me, I only like to tell of things that I'm certain will happen, but there are a few ideas that are in the works aside from the obvious with my asset and the preview pre-release papers.

Oh how could I not find this thread earlier ??
Thanks crowetic for your hard work. Smiley

My pleasure man, for sure. I do this for the entire community, and to ensure the success of this project, that I believe is noteworthy in every way. Also, to ensure the development will be continued, and everything will be solidified and put into the minds of the community of many, that it is formidable as the next massively recognized coin, though I prefer to think of it more as a set of awesome technologies and less of a 'coin', because it makes it sound too small. BURST is much more than a coin, bitcoin, is a coin. Wink and look how popular THAT got. We owe bitcoin for a lot, but the time is coming where the realization will be made, that many aspects of bitcoin are good in theory only (in my opinion), and BURST, along with a few other great new technologies, are good in reality.

Good job man, looking forward to see where this goes. Thanks for your solid contribution to the network, and for being part of the community. You came in at a point when most were questioning, but still saw what potential was here, and for that, you deserve recognition. I think there should be more like you who have the faith in the project needed to do things like this. Carry on good sir!

(Great russian dude...).

Wow, impressively power efficient. I did not expect external drives to use *that* little power. My external drives have to be plugged into a 220v plug, using an adapter. I fear they use more power than internal HDD's that just feed off the power supply in the case.

What brand of powered USB hub do you use? If it isn't putting a big load on the CPU, i could install one of those and add more external drives, i'm near capacity at the moment, using the motherboard USB controllers, extra internal 2xusb3,2xsata adapters, and 4TB external drives, as well as assorted internal drives. (totalling 24TB, 29TB, 19TB on 3 non-dedicated computers)

@Great russian dude: Sorry man, didn't wanna make you sweat.  Grin

@Pinballdude: De usb-drives have an external 220v plug with adapter. It takes only 5W each, or so...
I use a Renkforce GC-US13V3 USB3.0 Hub Superspeed with external power supply.

I don't think the hub is consuming much load on the CPU. That's the miner!  Grin
After the 15th 8TB Seagate USB-drive, the laptop gives error, "no more resources'.  Undecided
I called Seagate helpdesk and they said  "what the heck are you doin' with 15x8TB" and that I'm asking to much from my laptop.

I didn't told the helpdesk that I wanna connect 3 USB-hubs (13 port each) with all 8TB's.  Cool

Cheerz,
Wieme

Wow a lot of things are going on over here since I wasnt active the past days.

I was working hard to get another revenue stream into INCOME and it's working so far, it took a lot of time for it to be profitable but I think I did it.

I`ll be trading BTC options and the profits will be sent to the INCOME funds, speaking of which is growing very slowly.

I`m thinking about diversifying it into other casinos, unfortunately SD is still having DDOS problems, and other inconveniences, so I`m not risking the funds, I think Betking is the new sensation, and it will grow in time.

If you are thinking about diversifying in casino bankrolls, you could check out just-dice (CLAM) and Moneypot (BTC).

Awesome job man!

I haven't had a chance to run it myself, was a bit too busy earlier when you asked me to, my apologies for that, but I'm sure it runs great, I'll let you know if I run across any issues upon my testing later with multiple drives. (I still haven't even tested since it has been able to read existing plots on drives as far as potting/mining goes, though I use it daily for the wallet. Love it.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------and it begins... to begin... xD ------- please see below...

---------------------

I've drafted up the initial draft of my new asset release papers. I haven't initialized the document share/view ability within my owncloud instance yet, but I've copied it over to a public doc that can be read here...

https://docs.google.com/document/d/12o7gnqFWqnJFb1mPNDTwgdsCqoxavkdvJx3hF7LvCXo/edit?usp=sharing

commenting is possible, but please bear in mind that this is a draft, and I'm only sharing to get feedback at this point, I'm not certain on the rest yet.

Thanks!
