Decent proposal as right now Newb-Eth is clearly going nowhere... 49% of your investors are left behind according to your numbers.

What happens with ETH Newb tokens if Ether tanks 
That's a very interesting question but at this point, it looks very unlikely Ethereum will be abandoned anytime soon.
sorry for my ignorance but is Newbium an Ethereum based token?
Newbium has dual listed it's tokens on the Nxt & Ethereum blockchains.
100 million coins == 51 million coins on Nxt blockchain & 49 million coins on Ethereum blockchain.
So 51,000,000 NEWB_NXT tokens & 49,000,000 NEWB_ETH tokens.
Eth can go to minimum as it continues to break supports
