We've been hit by DD4BC again, the same guy that took down Ghash a few days ago.

Guy?  You mean child.  We should all flood the address with satoshi.  He won't make any money and his transaction list will be ridiculous.  Also gives the network more work to do.

Let me make it clear:

I will be attacking your pool as long as you don't pay me.

You might mitigate the attack once, but I will be back in a month. And again. And again. And price will keep increasing!

Because you ignored me previously, price has just increased to 2 BTC.

Address waiting for your payment: 1DTZ2SrLkwEAAhQFd4EQJssdN2wTf1uYMC

Pay me 2 BTC, and you will never again hear from me.

You don't even have to reply. Pay me 2 BTC to 1EmKXaYwgJH1nUaDhL2k1NYtDdypMzhKuV - I will know it's you and you will never again hear from me.

Don't pay, your site will keep going down and price will keep increasing...

More you delay, more customers (miners) is lost and price to stop gets higher.

So, it's not smart to ignore me.

Aks Ghash if you don't believe me. Smiley

The attack has been mitigated for now.

Unfortunately we can't negotiate with extortionists so hopefully they will learn that we will try to mitigate any further attacks.

Nicehash down for maintenance at a stupid time YET AGAIN!!!  Decent site slowly turning to crap!

All of our stratum servers are under heavy DDOS attack. Working on mitigation, please be patient.

Don't know whats going on but a couple of days ago ghash.io was down also by a DDOS attack, for me makes sense to give Nicehash team some time to work in the issue.

Must have upset someone.  Multiple people attacking.  Single user can't bring site down let alone stratum.

Personal text my ass....
My miners are hashing good (1 TH each) but when I view the stats page they are only doing 800 GH/sec. And the speed rejected is like %2 to %4. When I've tried other pools I was always at at least 980-1TH/sec. Any idea what that could be? I'm just trying out this pool for the first time today.

Which miners are you using?

A couple posts above I indicated I was using Antminer C1's. They are all hashing at 1005TH/sec locally, and I'm trying real hard to see if I can upgrade the cgminer to a more recent version. The version on there is 4.6.1, which doesn't support that #xnsub feature.

Does this pool work with Antminer C1's? Unfortunately the latest firmware only has cgminer 4.6.1. What would be an example to setup a worker? I've actually connected to see what speeds I'm getting, but I can only find my miners by entering in my BTC address, but can't figure a way to add the worker name.

These are my current settings for the pool:
URL: stratum.westhash.com:3334
Worker: my bitcoin address
password: anything

Where would I add my worker in there?
Unless the pool isn't really good with C1's or that version of cgminer.

You can add worker names by putting a suffix at the end of your btc address - like this:

12FnsoijkcnDoicvdfomnxjkiNmwdRf.3

the  ".3" denotes your 3rd worker.

EDIt you can set difficulty in the password too. Example from my Ant S5: d=2048

hey , please could you stop thoses fuckings bots order with 0.02 btc and no limits to hash who always appear to up the price of rent ...

its horrible , i can't leave pc 5 min without this happen ...

i talk about nicehash.com / scrypt ...

You have 2 solutions:
1. Place fixed order and you will not have to worry about any bots any more.

2. Use bot on your own: https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashBot and you will be able to leave the PC  Cool
