Yep, protection enabled now.

I'm so tired with your protect system, always kick me out and nearly impossible to reconnect, reset modem 10 times, can reconnect 1 times, and kick out after 5 to 10 mins, should you try register user and if any user have connect problem can ask you to put them to white list like other big pool?

Guys, why am I getting a reject rate of 30% on my spondoolies sha256 rig?

Every other pool gives me under 1% of rejects, either your confirmation is really bad or something is really shady with your pool.

I think the problem is that every one want to try to mine bitcoindark coin . But most the pool are shit . And not showing correct rate . I notice this when I was switching pool and found I was getting the same hash rate . When  I leasing on nicehash or mining btcd directly at these shit pool .

When the price drop and every one move back to mining ghash.io it will stabliste again

I'm not sure what causes the "the remote pool has terminated your connection" message but it usually clears itself up within a few minutes whenever it shows up on my orders (rarely.)

I would like to know what causes it so I can try to prevent it but it isn't a huge deal for me. (Especially with the current x11 jump to 1.6 BTC/GH/DAY wtf?)

I have posted about this and got no response.  I have set an order and will watch it get the termination message and let it sit and see if it fixes itself.  I get it on every order at some point.

Have a terminated order sitting for 5 minutes now, waiting to see if it will auto reconnect.

seems like someone is gaming nicehash.

sets high buy orders to get miners online.
They drop and megahash goes cheap for about 20 min.

cant connect to the x11 stratum, but can connect to every other algo stratum

just when x11 got some high buy order... *sigh*

is it the cloudflare blocking connection whenever there's a spike in hashrate, thinking its ddos ??

This "service" is very buggy regular stratum line interrupted errors. Not worth it.

Waiting for Cloudflare to enable us back into the system... They wanted us to purchase more expensive plan, because there was one "large" DDOS attack...  Roll Eyes

But stratum proxy is working without issues.

Getting very aggravated with "the remote pool has terminated your connection" on every order, pool and algo.  I am not sure why this happens but I suspect there is some sort of time out issue on nicehash.  I put in the order and it completes part of it and gets put on hold then gets disconnected after 2 minutes of hold time.  Please fix this it cost me .0001 btc every time I have to place and order to start over.

I have not read this whole thread so I dont know if this is a problem already raised. if so sorry for repeating and could someone please point out the answer.

Nicehash will report a hashrate when there is no activity on the pool. This is only happening with Nicehash not BetaRigs LeaseRig or MininigRigRental and none of my personal rigs. The order was stuck sending hashes that were not being received. I dont know where the hashes went but they never went to my pool.  I also noticed that when this was happening I was not able to cancel my order.

Any ideas what this is, has this happened to anybody else?

so i'm actually not mining ? but renting my rigs ? but i thought i was actually mining alts there and nicehash is exchanging the alts i mined  for btc and paying it to my wallet like wafflepool for example ...

You're mining for someone who has paid for your hashing power ... they get the coins, not you ... they pay nicehash, and nicehash pays you ...

aha, what's in it for them ? why don't they mine themselves or just buy the coins they want to "mine"

Yes, anyone can "mine" with nicehash, even the owners, but you need to know at least 4 things in order to succeed:
1) which coin to mine 2) when to mine 3) at what price to mine 4) when to stop

And most of nicehash users just don't have the time to keep track of all the crypto news regarding launch, reward, etc...to make big bucks
We're happy with smaller piece of a pie with no buzz and fuzz Wink

The hashrate thing is happening again ... seems like when the price goes up, my SHA-256 hashrate goes down ... or maybe rejects go up, I'm not sure ... I'd love to see some averages in these stats ... or a variable sample time to smooth out the spikes or something ... can't really figure out anything useful from this graph with all the ups and down from the sample rate being so small ... maybe even a JSON dump of the graph data or something so I can work with it myself offline ... that'd be great too ...

If you're buying:
Nicehash isn't a multipool. They don't mine anything. They sell hashpower which in turn is pointed to any pool of your choosing.

If you're selling
They provide a market to sell your hashing power to others who in turn mine at whichever pool they desire.

no i'm mining with my rigs there they have a multipool that mine alts and pays you in bitcoin ....

Nicehash don't mine any coin here.

They just list all the miner and someone buy x Mh and redirect this hashrate to a pool of theyr choice.

You as a miner, you provide your hashrate and tell i have xx Mh/s available, Use it to the best paying algo / buyer and the btc used by the buyer is shared to the miner.
