Can you share a bit more about this new profitability calculator? Is this just a tool for calculating profits or it there anything else to it?

This can depend which diff you took. We update diff for our calculation every couple of hours.
Thanks, I used the current litecoin difficulty, but even using the old one the figures still don't work out right as it only dropped 0.29% on the recent change.
Would you care to share your current formula so I can see if i need to tweak mine ?

Not sure if it's my maths or yours, but the scrypt rate doesn't look right (the percentage)
I think the default rate should be around 0.0441
My workings
(1000 * 25 / 131639) * (60*60*24 * 65536 * (pow(10,6)) / (pow(2,48))) = 3.82039559
3.82039559 x 0.01155 = 0.04412

After I bid on the hashing power I noticed nothing was happening. I checked my pool and my pools difficulty was too low plus I accidentally didn't put the full Username information. I looked everywhere for my order so I can pause or cancel it put nothing showed under orders. I deleted the pool and that's all I could do. I noticed they charged me for the order and the fee but I got no service for it! Is my money gone forever? I read somewhere on their site that if the order can't be filled the money refunds back to your wallet in a few mins but it's been a hour and nothing has been refunded.
*Update I sent 3 support emails and no response, they did respond to me on Reddit with a copy and past response not related to my account. I will keep everyone updated with this!

Sorry for having issues with order management. Just to follow up with the issue: we were in contact with @marketorder and there was nothing wrong with the order. @marketorder found his order(s) - the only issue was a not-so-perfect user experience with managing orders via our website - but stay tuned - we're preparing to launch a new website which will make buying and selling hashing power on NiceHash even better!

After I bid on the hashing power I noticed nothing was happening. I checked my pool and my pools difficulty was too low plus I accidentally didn't put the full Username information. It sounds like Nicehash is growing in popularity over the past month based on that number of payouts. Good news looking forward I would say.

Well to prevent this from happening again, why not go back to weekly payouts instead of monthly for low income BTC miners?

How would they know the exact amount of payable btc if they don't have a history? It was deleted on our dashboard tho.
Well, BitGo's algo is not capable generating this amount of inputs and it crashed somehow.
There is nothing we can do but to wait for them to give instructions on how to proceed.

Keep in mind that we are paying out to more than 20.000 receivers today. And that is happening in just several minutes of time.
Nobody was prepared for such large amounts.
But payments are going out as we speak now. And it should be fine.
Can you please enlighten us why does the previous expected payout was removed on your dashboard? And doesnt say any "for peding ....etc"

Do not worry about that. Your balances are safe. In fact, your balances are saved multiple times across various servers in our infrastructure. We have high data redundancy for balances.

This is my first time to use Nicehash selling my mining power and I'm expecting 2017-04-22 17:55 payout. Apparently everything in my dashboard has been reset back to zero and post me a new Est. next payout time 2017-04-29 17:55 but I haven't receive any payment yet.

i have the exact same problem, "Unpaid balance" have been reseted as well:s
Same problem mi Unpaid balance was reset.
No payment was made and I lost about 0.007 BTC
I hope this is a technical problem and NiceHash a right bug ...
Otherwise it would be theft
