What spyware? There is none. The virus scan is 100% clean. It would be great if you would stop fudding my thread.

anyone here scan the wallet with an antivirus before install?
Trader19 had all his crave stolen and dumped by a backdoor last night

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1125637.new#new

I performed Virustotal and Avast scans at the outset, and Malwarebytes again on the machine NOC was installed to, and didn't turn up anything suspicious. But I'll wait for the attacked party to confirm what happened before I declare NOC 100% clean.

When the similar situation happened to me the trojan had been on my machine for months before it was actually used to steal coins. Could be the same case here.
more and more i investigate it comes to that what u wrote. by the looks RAT spyware was installed long before yesterday, don't know how av didn't block it. i am still investigating so stay alert.

NOC wallet works fine for me...shoud I be worried? Sad

I don't think you should he mentioned that he probably got infected earlier

Sorry for your lost :/ crypto is infected by a couple of big fat lazy rats ready to everything to get your money. Its disgusting...I wish them a beautiful cancer that will kill them quietly.

Right now, Im not saying it is or it will become something nice because like you said, we dont have much information to judge so far. But in the other way, i believe its a little bit precoce to say that dev desappear or has the intention of scaming peoples. We should give him a little bit more to confirm its shit or not...The kind of attitude and post we can see from cryptocommunity is really not cool for real ambitious devs (i know there is scamers). But so far, nocturna dev didnt try to steal money from ico or premine stuff, so its a better start than empty promises and manipulations.

Right, but lately there is an annoying trend to launch these coins for no reason.

One good thing to think about here is that the dev spent more money on the block explorer than just about anyone who mined. I certainly didn't put much into mining just for this reason and I mined far more than most. I'm sure the dev is giggling in a dark little room right now, but since he spent more money than anyone else here, he's the biggest loser so far, quite literally.

It's kind of like showing up at a track meet, then pretending to be a turkey to make fun of the idea of track meets. You lose the race and look stupid doing it. There is really no way around it. Any idiot can be an idiot. These guys just haven't figured that out.

That is a wonderful analogy.  I think we are of one mind when I say that it looks like this "dev" had fowl intentions!

Looks like another "dev" who made a coin simply for kicks and giggles, maybe a personal experiment of some sort, or a college class project. Regardless, she took advantage of our lust for mining, and then disappears to never be seen again. You know what's worse than a scam dev?  A disconnected dev.

Dafuq are you talking about ?!? Lollll Dev was online like 3 hours ago !! You asked people to be 24/24h online ? Real dev as also real life. Can you please wait some days before calling this a scam ?! Thats what will kill crypto world... fuckn jerks who just want to become rich in one night and dont care about the project itself. It wont happen with your attitude.

"The project"  lol.... Please tell me all about your care for this project--I'd love to hear the details of why you think Nocturna is a compelling "project."  Until the dev gives us more information, a whitepaper or a roadmap, or at least a statement of vision, all Nocturna is is a couple lines of code.

The project consisted of a 5 minute Photoshop job for the logo and butchering the PoW reward code. He got the windows wallet to compile, which means he's played this game before.

I still don't understand the mindset of these guys. We need to have a community standard. No single person puts more money into mining than the dev has put into development. For example, if the dev has a website for the coin, then mine maybe $15 at most. I'm going to start doing that. He did spend some money on a block explorer with a rich list, so that more than justifies my mining costs using this standard.

only mined a bit but already dumped this shit under my mining cost.

good luck with your shit coin.

looks like standard incompetent dev shitcoin to me.

You may be being too kind with that statement.  See who the dev is posting wallet download links in comments, where people can easily QUOTE and then change the link to contain a trojan?  I think it's possible that the dev has more nefarious intent than simple shitconning.

Stop posting Qt links in the posts and just direct people to the OP.  This is how people download viruses.

IKR?  Everything about this dev has been off since the beginning. It's almost like he's trying to set us up for a trojan and steal all our bitcoins.
