Hello,
I don't understand how can you prove the identity of the people who signed a contract with you.

Photos, videos and voice recording can be easily taken from other places. As an example I can include a selphie you published on Facebook.
Those are not impossible to forge too.
Even a photo of my ID isn't a real proof: I had to send it to few exchanges and banks... God only knows what they can do with it...

Hey rigel!

Thats why we have a legal team amongst the advisors, to sort these things out and make them legaly acceptable.

Photos, video and voice recording are not there to proove your identity. The option to add media is there with another reason. Example: you make a video of the car you are purchasing, so if anything goes wrong you have a proof of the state of the car in the time you have purchased it.

No, you can not include a selfie you have taken down from facebook. You can only include a selfie you are taking in that exact moment, and not before. The app will not approve that you add photos from library that existed before.

Lets go to the proof of identity. Do you have mobile bank in your country? They have a system that they are sending you a key (like google authenticator) which is enough to prove that the one signing was you.

I will ask our developer to come and explain to you some more of the technical stuff behind the proof of identity, in our case, so you know it is safe to use.

Regards,
Saso

Thank you for your answer.

I still have one doubt: you are assuming everything I include in the contract must be approved by the app.
Are you sure I can't tamper the app on my phone?
Can my counterpart review all the contents I upload before signing the contract?

I'm looking forward to know more details about proof of identity implementation.

I am sure.

The app is designed in the way that both parties can review the contract on their phones in real time. When they are happy with the contract, they will sign it, and not before.

Guys, go NEM and check out "LuxTag" project, it's virtually the same idea Smiley

Ive answered your statement already on telegram, but if you want to share that also on our other media you can. We also have facebook, slack, twitter Smiley

I received PM from the team to join their bounty campaign, the only thing that make me give this project a second look is that Yahoo is the one to manage the campaign but still the project has not gained significant attention yet

The team never send any PM to promote the project, I have ask you proof yesterday and I'm still waiting. Also Yahoo manage 1st campaign signature in btc, there is a second one in stakes.

The only point you are right is that the project has not gained significant attention yet. It's one the best of the year, you posted your message without read it Wink

I dont really know what is this about if Im honest.

Regards,
Saso
Yes you are right, yesterday I received a letter from a notary, but I don't think it's the same project, with the project still tight, and the rewards that we've earned everything we did, we shaved but if you are reading this letter, tells all about this project

The standard contracts will have templates, which will be editable to some degree.
[..]
The most time you will loose, will be the first time you will use the app (sign up data), which will take you about 5minutes for establishing your identity. Later on, when we upgrade it with facial recognition will be also quicker.

That's what I wanted to know for standard contracts, it is designed to be very quick (I did not need to know if it was 30 seconds or 2 minutes)

Thank you Saso Smiley

Yes it will be quick Smiley the blockchain tech enables fast transactions (depends on network), and the whole app will be/is designed so, that the user has as little work to do, as possible (and at the same that he is protected as much as possible).

Thank you for your question bobvador!

The subject described in the story is good but I do not know how to prepare this contract and how to provide security. The crew looks good, but I do not know if the project will work for the end user. Is it clear what was collected in the pre-sale

We have all of the points covered. As I said, all of this will be explained by our legal team and by our devs. They will make an article about that, because this is the issue many are worried about, and I must say, that this was our first priority at the start od development.

You are asking of how to make a contract? You dont have to do anything. There will be a template, and each user will fill only the required fields out. There will also be an option of editing the contracts.

Security of what? Your identity? We developed a system which is secure. Our devs will talk more about this soon.

Im really proud to be able to present you one more new advisor in our team. Bio is below.

Luka Pregelj
Legal advisor and business consultant

Principal Consultant at Lex Lucas Consulting, a lean consulting firm, providing advice and support in matters of corporate law, tax law, regulation of emerging technologies, and global e-commerce.

Before starting a consulting practice, Luka was employed with an international law firm, where he advised corporate clients on corporate legal issues and cross-border M&A transactions, and where he successfully launched the Start-up Initiative for Slovenian branch of the company, providing advice to start-up companies. He was also actively engaged in drafting and preparation of the bill on alternative financial instruments and services, regulating various aspects of crowdfunding, crowd investing, peer to peer landing, and cryptocurrencies, which is currently under consideration by a legislature.

Luka is an active member of Blokchain Task Force at AmCham and involved in various projects in the field of blockchain and emerging technologies. As the Principal Consultant of Lex Lucas Consulting, he coordinates and manages most of the legal aspects of the Notary Platform project, and provides the core team with strategic advice on business decisions from his professional perspective.

This is a great news again.

About the beta app, in wich plateform it will be available? Android or Ios? Both?

Good job team

Both, iOS and Android.

Hello here Saso Smiley

How fast are you planning to create the contracts on Notary ?

For example, I want to buy a car to someone. Do I have to prepare some documents before the appointment (1 week/1day/1hour?) or can I go see the car and make the contract immediatly if everything is ok ?

What will be the shortest time to create and certify a contract (a standard one, if it requires specialists, I assume it will be longer to create it) ?

Regards

The standard contracts will have templates, which will be editable to some degree. You can engage immediately in that kind of contract. We will try to cover more contract in time and list them as standard templates.

The most time you will loose, will be the first time you will use the app (sign up data), which will take you about 5minutes for establishing your identity. Later on, when we upgrade it with facial recognition will be also quicker.

More advanced contracts will logicaly take longer, because they will be tailored to your needs. Unfortunately I can not give you a timeframe for that at this point.

Saso

Good morning bobvador SASO already mentioned above that for such solutions, how to buy a car and the like are created by contracts (typical) in beta and will be more difficult as public procurement will be developed analysts.
Hey Homak, I'm not sure your answer applies to my question.

I would like to know the theorical delay to successfully create a regular contract (like buying a car or what you want, but nothing complex that requires specialists).

My example is with a car, but it could be renting a professional machine for a company, etc.

Do I have to prepare the regular contract X hours/days/weeks before making it true (process delay ? transaction delay ?), or is it really quick and I can make it "in live" with the other part ?

I'm interested about this point too,I'd like to read your developer explanation about the proof of identity. (Your example with bank is good but when they have a doubt they ask more proof - physical evidence).
