Testnet will launch in March and mainnet will launch in May.

If you read properly the Airdrop has been done already to bring 40M coins in circulation (40% of 100M mx) so there won't be another airdrop on Nuls.
Nuls trades currently on Binance around 42k sat which is relatively low considering the potential of the modular blockchain approach compared to competition with billions of mcap but with a more complex approach to market adaptation.

Good to see that Nuls finally has the ANN set-up!

Kinda a closed doors unfair airdrop eh?

the tokens were airdropped to inchain ico (anti counterfeiting project) contributors who did not seek a refund after china stopped icos.  inchain will be one of the side chains on nuls.

Very interesting info! But it's really closed doors airdrop Sad More like compensation. I'm not sure it's good to use "airdrop" word here...
